A graduate in Chemical and Industrial Engineering from
Hamburg, Germany, Mr
Hubert
has an impressive track record of
running a highly integrated petrochemical and refinery complex at Shell
in Europe. He is renowned for his skill in driving efficient
improvements within the Shell refinery. Mr Hubert was promoted to his
current position of
President & CEO, in
October 2008 after an accident of our old CEO
Daniel Maokan.

Tim August

Vice President: Operations
Mr. August has been in the petrochemical business for over 15 years, in
marketing positions in South Africa, the United States and Europe. He
recently spearheaded a successful project to set-up the oilfinanceco sales and
marketing office. |

Glaman Nikasi
- Chief Financial Officer
Mr
Nikas
was previously Executive Manager:
Finance at the Development Bank of Uganda. He has also held various
internal auditing positions Shell and Anglo American Limited. He was
appointed
Chief
Financial Officer
in September 2007.

Dr Njambo
Siwana
- Vice President: Supply and Logistics
Dr Siwana has been in the oil and gas industry for more
than ten years. A graduate from the School of Chemical Engineering and
Industrial Chemistry in Sydney, Australia. She has held various
positions in the petroleum industry such as at BP Southern Africa, and
at the Department of Minerals and Energy.
